1.Acceptance and eligibility

By using Waytra, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms, and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any clause, please stop using the service.

2.Nature of the service and medical disclaimer

Waytra provides plans and guidance on training, nutrition, and healthy habits for general educational and motivational purposes; it is not a substitute for medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a doctor or a qualified specialist before starting any training program or diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. Stop immediately if you feel any pain or unusual symptoms.

3.Your account and responsibility

You create your account via mobile number, email, or a Google account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in details and for all activity that takes place through your account, and you undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4.Subscriptions and renewal

A Premium subscription unlocks the full features of the app. You can subscribe via the App Store in-app, or via the website using mada, Apple Pay, or a credit card through the Moyasar gateway. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals, inclusive of tax where applicable.

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel the renewal before it ends.
• App Store subscriptions are managed and canceled from your App Store account settings.
• Website subscriptions are managed and canceled from the «My Account → Subscription» page.
• Premium features remain active until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

5.Refunds

Amounts paid via the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy and are requested directly from Apple. Payments made via the website are subject to our own refund policy and the procedures approved by Moyasar.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harm the platform or other users, or disrupt the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Copy, resell, or distribute the content without prior written permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

7.Intellectual property

All trademarks, text, designs, software, and content in Waytra are owned by or licensed to us and protected under applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable personal license to use the app for your personal purposes only.

8.Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided «as is» and «as available» without any express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or freedom from errors.

9.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Waytra is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any health or fitness outcomes.

10.Account suspension and termination

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated or the service is misused. You may also end your use and delete your account at any time.

11.Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use after they take effect means you agree to them.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities therein have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
